To help with the problems I have been having with my gut I had been learning to make fermented food and this week I made water Kefir. It turned out very good a little too sweet for me but I’m working on that. If you are looking for something that’s easy and good for you this is something, you should try Water Kefir.

    I made Kefir but it started tasting bad so I quit. Should have just got new grains. But I liked it. I never added anything to it like fruit. That’s a good idea.
