I have had a low vitamin D level for year on and off, I take a supplement sometimes I started to have some problems that my doctor did not want to address, I started doing some research and was amazed of all the things I could develop with a low vitamin. Please leave a comment on YouTube.
I do morning walks 5 days a week but, in the winter, so days are just too cold, and I have to walk inside, walking is a great way to improve your health, in this video I list some reasons why I walk.

It’s time to harvest the squash and get some of the cleaning in the garden done before it gets cold.
The greenhouse has been a work in progress for the past five months, I can finally get working on the inside and I am so happy, I have transplanted some kale in it in hope that I can have some fresh kale over the winter.

This week we have had wind, heat, rain and the Cicadas which are annoying. I did get some of the garden planted and I plant to be complete next week.
