Eating Whole Wheat Berries Without A Mill

I started grinding my whole grain about 4 months ago and started to do wheat berries about three weeks ago because of the nutrients in the wheat grain that is taking out of the breads and food made of wheat berries in the stores. I wanted to share ways to eat the grain if you don’t have a grain mill.

Late October Harvest

We have gotten a lot of rain here this week and the ground is very wet. It’s time to pick the rest of the peppers because we are getting a frost.
