I wanted to share my July backyard garden, so you can see how thing are going. I have had so much enjoyment watching everything grow. we have gotten so much rain and at the beginning of the season, the temperature changes a lot from cold to hot. I hope you grow a garden because the food you grow tastes much better than store bought. Peace & Love

On my morning walk, I was thinking about factory farming and how it is causing a lot of health problems and it is not good for the environment. People can make a change if they would not buy the product. I buy Organic and eat a whole food Plant-based diet.
I just wanted to give everyone an update on how my garden is coming along. We have been getting so much rain here I have not had to water in weeks. The potatoes and greens love it.
I was out in my backyard picking some dandelions to make some greens and I started to think about why people want to kill the dandelions in their yard because dandelions have a lot of health benefits and the chemicals us to kill them are harmful to humans. Just Thinking !! ?

I went for a spring bike ride today. It was great to get out and enjoy nature the weather was amazing. I also wanted the tell you what I am using for my parasite cleanse It’s called ” Mimosa Pudica Seed”. I think it’s working very well.
