I found a vegan cafe on the happy cow app about 25 miles from me so we went to check it out. It is a new little shop the people were very nice and the food was amazing. It warmed up to 50 so I got out and got a 15-mile bike ride in, This time of the year it still feels cool at 50 but I love getting out and exercising on my bike.
It’s been 2 years I have been on a plant-based diet. I am feeling great. It’s been cold here but today it got up to the 50’s so I went and for a bike ride in celebration.
It is getting cold and the backyard garden had come to an end of the season. I am looking forward to next season.

We went for a bike ride to Griffith Indiana to check out a cafe with vegan food, We stopped and talk to some very nice people along the way.
We are getting our last bike rides in before it gets too cold to ride and enjoying the farmers market before the end of the season. I have chosen biking for exercise. because it is not as hard on your joints and it works your whole body.
I went to Griffith Indiana to have a vegan sandwich at the Grindhouse Cafe. I found the cafe on the Happy Cow App.
We have been passing by this bike trail for years and always said we would check it out one day, today was that day. The trail was great and I didn’t know the trail went through Griffith Indiana, I had seen a cafe there on the Happy Cow App. We went to the cafe and I got some very good vegan muffins and cookies. We had a great day.
We are into fall and I wanted to give an update on how thing have gone with my garden. I had a great harvest, I have learned a lot and I’m looking forward to next season.
I want to ride my bike to Millennium Park and My son wanted to find the bike trail in Indiana, We set out on our bikes and found the bike trail and made it to Millennium Park and rode the train back. We met some very nice people on the way. This was so much fun. Peace and Love.
