New Bike.. A Giant Thrive 2018
I hit a pot hole about 5-6 weeks ago and fractured my elbow and some other scrapes, all I did to the bike was bent the front brake. The bike is about 15 years old and I didn’t want to put any money into it so I got a new bike, A Giant Thrive. I have not had a new bike since I was a teenager, Long over due. I really like the new bike. I hope you enjoy the video. Peace & Love

My friends came by and ask me to go on a bike ride, I’m so glad I did. We seen a man on the bike path riding a beautiful horse. We had a great ride. 13.8 mile
Arm Update
I wanted to give everyone a update on how my arm (elbow) is doing. I rode 3 miles without any problems. I also have new editing software I’m learning.
Garlic Scapes…Bike Crash
I have never had garlic scapes until I grown garlic in my backyard garden and I wanted to share one way I eat then. I didn’t follow my instinct and I crashed on my bike ride and fracture my elbow.
