After Dinner Walk… Exercise I do on Rainy Cold Day

I have been going for daily walks for a while in order to get my 10,000 steps in every day, I notice when I stopped I was having a lot more ache and pain’s and when I started walking again they were gone. I feel it is very important to exercise daily. And it is very very important for seniors. I want to share some of the exercise’s I do, I also ride my bike when the weather allow.
