I got a box from amazon, Some chickpea flour came, I wanted to try to cook some thin bread in the air fryer, It came out very good. The next day. We were heading out and seen some snakes in the front yard.
I’m always looking for was to fix something fast and healthy to eat. Today I tried cooking Vegan egg’s in the Air fryer and they came out great, They are not like a real egg but a great substitute.
A lot of my friends ask me what I eat when I tell the I’m vegan. Today I made a video of what I ate and how I cook plantain in a air fryer. I worked in my backyard garden that morning and had a little company.
I’m vegan and growing a vegetable garden just seem like the next step for me. Working in my garden is so relaxing, I also get exercise and fresh air. I’m looking forward into have very fresh food right my own garden.
The weather was great for about two weeks and then we have been very high winds, then it got cold. Now here come the snow and a lot of it, I hope it don’t last long because I want to get out and start planning my food. I get lots of exercise and fresh air when I’m in my yard and It’s so peaceful.
I have been trying cooking new things in the air fryer, and today I made spring rolls for the first time and cooked them in the air fryer, I thought I would share it. They were very good
I have heard a lot about the air fryer and everyone love the air fryer. I have been thing about getting one for a long time because I make lots of potato fries and I don’t want to us the oven in the summer. I also think it will be good in the RV. I went to the store and it was on sale so I had to get one.
I have heard a lot about the Vegan Egg being a good egg substitute, So I thought I would give them a try and share it with you.
This was a record breaking weekend , the temperature got up to 70, That’s so hard to believe in this area . I have gotten a lot of yard work done and got to go on my first bike ride for 2017. With the warm weather I think the snakes are confused there was one in my front yard today I also see some robins already. Global warming is real. One thing that will help is to Go Vegan.
I love working in my backyard, We are in the process of making raised beds so I came grow more of my food. While working in the yard I though I would show how I move heavy rocks in my backyard.
