Cold and Rainy October
This week has been so cold and rainy I have not been in the garden much. I have only gone out to get something for dinner. I want the thank all my new and old subscribers it means a lot to me. Thanks again.
Fall Backyard Garden
Harvesting the last of my backyard garden, fall is here and it is getting cold down to the 40’s at night.
I have been eating out of my garden all summer and I thought it would be great just to eat from my food storage for the next 3 to 4 months.

I’m still getting the garden ready for winter ever week I try to get something harvest and the area cleared and ready for winter. It looks like we might have an early winter, so I think it’s time for me to move a little faster on getting things done.

Visitors In My Backyard Garden
I have problems with the deer in the fall we planned some new fruit tree and thought we has a little more time but this week the deer came and were eating the leaves on the trees, and I have some sweet potatoes in some pots outside the garden fence and they ate the potato leaves.

Sunflower Harvest And More
It was time to harvest my sunflowers and I wanted to share with you what I was doing with it. Flour is 100% cellulose don’t know it I will cook it . I think I will stay with the seeds to make my sunflower flour.

Hot Week In The Garden
We have had some very hot days this week all I did in the garden was water and harvest. I had dinner for the garden all week. It was so hot I used the sun over it was great, and I didn’t have to turn on my oven all week.
