It’s still cold here in zone 5b but it’s time to get out and get the garden ready for planting, I did a little work in the greenhouse today and in the kitchen to start fermenting for my gut.

To help with the problems I have been having with my gut I had been learning to make fermented food and this week I made water Kefir. It turned out very good a little too sweet for me but I’m working on that. If you are looking for something that’s easy and good for you this is something, you should try Water Kefir.

I have been wanting to take a bike ride for a while and when the weather report said it was going to be 50, I had to get out and take a short ride I went for a 9-mile ride it felt a little cold but once I got riding it was very comfortable. Also, I got a new pump to take with me when I’m out riding so if I have a flat, I can pump my tire up. I hope you enjoy the video. Peace & Love

When I when to the store and see the tofu, I thought I could make the cheaper and this is what I did in the kitchen this week. and I am so happy I did; it was a lot cheaper to make at home and it taste better.

We have had a very cold week and the month of January had an overcast almost the whole month. I have been trying to ferment something new every week and this week I’m making almond yogurt. I must say it turn out very good, better than I thought.
