It has gotten too cold to ride my bike so I have been going to the gym to keep my muscles strong when you get older it dose not take long for you to lose musces mask and It is so important to stay strong when you are older.

Continue ReadingI went for a short bike ride with my friend who’s just getting back into bike riding we rode 14 miles. It’s staring to get cold here but my son and I got in another ride 24 mile. I have have so much fun riding this year and have gotten a lot stonger.
