50 Mile Bike Ride…What I Ate For The Day

Checking Out A Bike Trail In Indiana
We have been passing by this bike trail for years and always said we would check it out one day, today was that day. The trail was great and I didn’t know the trail went through Griffith Indiana, I had seen a cafe there on the Happy Cow App. We went to the cafe and I got some very good vegan muffins and cookies. We had a great day.
Backyard Garden Update …Sept. 2017
We are into fall and I wanted to give an update on how thing have gone with my garden. I had a great harvest, I have learned a lot and I’m looking forward to next season.
Biking to Millennium Park… A Train Ride Back…Plant Power
I want to ride my bike to Millennium Park and My son wanted to find the bike trail in Indiana, We set out on our bikes and found the bike trail and made it to Millennium Park and rode the train back. We met some very nice people on the way. This was so much fun. Peace and Love.
Bike Ride To The City 2017… Plant Power
Last year I had two goals 1. Ride my bike to the city 2. Ride my bike one mile for each year of my birth. I did not fulfill either goal. So this year I said I’m going to do it this year. I would Like to Thank My #2 son for riding with me to complete both goals. I rode to the city and back a total of 76.3 miles.

I love my backyard garden and have had a great harvest, The insects left me more than enough food. The flowers are so beautiful.
